What the Test Includes
To ensure accurate results, the test has three separate parts
Personality
We know people like to work with people they like, know, and trust; and personality has a big play into this. A vast majority of the test will ask you to rank yourself based on two scenarios. For example, are you most likely to go out on the weekends with friends, or curl up with a good book to read at home? These questions are fully based off the Meyer’s Brigg and DISC assessment personality tests to match you with a realtor you will enjoy working with.
Interests
Along with personalities, interests can help us connect you to an agent that you have things in common with. Having similar interests can help you connect with each other easier creating a more enjoyable transaction process. After all the agents we refer are more than capable of getting the job done, that part has been taking care of for you. But we also want that realtor to be someone you enjoy working with.
Real Estate
This portion on the tests focuses on certain skillsets the Realtor possesses. Are you looking for a realtor more versed in helping first time home buyers? One well versed in luxury properties or even new construction? This section will ensure you get matched to a Realtor possessing the skills and knowledge needed to help you achieve your real estate goals.
Getting the Results
From start to finish, the test takes about 3 minutes. Answer the questions, click submit, and let our algorithm do all the hard work for you. You will be matched with three realtors in your area based on your test answers. If you of the realtors we recommend catches your eye, you can click on "Learn More" to view the realtor's page to read their bio, watch a short video about them or even visit their website. If one seems like the perfect match, you’ll be able to reach out to them. Unlike many other real estate websites, we do not share your contact information with the realtors. If you do not reach out to them, they will never even know they were matched to you. If you don't want to reach out to the realtors right away, you also have the option to save your results for later. Just scroll down to the bottom of the results page, enter your email, and click send. Moments later you will get an email from us with your results.
Below the option to save your results at the bottom of the page there is a feedback section. Use the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons to let us know if you think you were matched to the perfect agent or whether if the results might have got a little twisted. Your feedback helps us makes improvements to help ensure everyone can find their perfect realtor.

The Market Match Test will match you with three realtors in your area and give you the option to view their bio, testimonials, and more information about them. Ultimately it is your choice who to work with, so we like to give you options. But sometimes scrolling through agent rosters of 100+ people can be overwhelming, and have they even sold a property yet, or successfully helped a buyer? So we are making it easy, vetting realtors ahead of time and generating your perfect match list to help make the decision less daunting and less risky.
We currently serve Eastern Washington and Eastern Oregon, as this is where our team calls home, so there’s no better place to start!
